Located in Forsyth, Georgia, the Fine Arts facility was built for community use. The performing Arts Center contains a 4,700 square foot stage, set building area with loading dock, 3,200 square feet of display/activity area for the fine arts, 400 square foot warming kitchen for catered events, a classroom/green room, and dressing facilities for men and women. The facility seats 900 patrons on the floor level and 286 patrons on the balcony level.
